Anh Le Kremer is a named partner and shareholder of Holstein Kremer. Anh was born in Vietnam and grew up in Beinette, Italy, eventually moving to Rochester, Minnesota. Anh graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review.

Anh's undergraduate degree, from the University of Minnesota, is in International Relations. She has always considered herself a "global citizen," with an interest in world cultures, as well as global business issues. She has represented Minnesota businesses embroiled in litigation and arbitration in foreign markets, as well as in federal district court in Minnesota and other jurisdictions. She currently assists companies needing legal advice in the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong.

Anh is a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association, Minnesota Chapter. She currently serves as Secretary of that organization and is a member of the Executive Committee. She is also a Circuit Vice President for the National Federal Bar Association. The Minnesota FBA provides federal court litigators with the opportunity to interact professionally and socially with federal judges and magistrates as well as lawyers who routinely practice in federal court. In addition, the FBA gives lawyers the chance to help preserve the history and integrity of our federal court system, as well as working to uphold the high standards of practice common to Minnesota's federal court bar. Anh values her connection to, and membership in, that group. She is also the co-chair of the Litigation Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association.

Anh has been named a "Rising Star" by Minnesota's Law & Politics magazine for four out of the past five years. She is an adjunct professor at her alma mater, William Mitchell College of Law, where she currently teaches Advanced Advocacy and Legal Practicum.

Anh is also a mentor with the Page Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage Minnesota’s youth of color in post-secondary education.

Anh's legal experience ranges from litigating complex business disputes to drafting software licensing agreements and counseling employers on difficult employee-related issues. Her passion and commitment to serving clients and solving their problems in a creative way is a large part of why she enjoys an excellent reputation in the Minnesota legal community.
